Senator Giessel moved the Senate rescind its previous action in                                                                 
passing SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 39(FIN) am S                                                                        
"An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program                                                                
expenses of state government and for certain programs; capitalizing                                                             
funds; repealing appropriations; amending appropriations; making                                                                
capital appropriations, supplemental appropriations, and                                                                        
reappropriations; and providing for an effective date." Without                                                                 
objection, the Senate rescinded its previous action.                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 39(FIN) am S was
